STUDIO: $545 to $575 per month
ONE BEDROOM: $650 to $700 per month
TWO BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE: $805 to $915 per month

Price ranges depend on Fireplace, Lake View exposure, or Washer & Dryer (2 Bedrooms only.)

LEASE TERMS: 12 Month (standard)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $250.00
APPLICATION FEE: $25.00 (non-refundable)

RESERVATION FEE: $250.00 Shall accompany any application to enable the prospective tenant(s) to be placed on the waiting list. The $250.00 fee will be used as security deposit

PET REGULATIONS: $200.00 (non-refundable) pet deposit will also be added to any applicant who wishes to have a eat that has been spayed, neutered, and declawed. Small dogs 40 pounds or under in designated buildings. Also $25.00 more per month.

APARTMENT FEATURES: Private entrance, full carpet (excluding kitchen & bath) Mini blinds, range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and dishwasher, and fireplaces.

RENT INCLUDES: Water, sewage, one assigned covered carport per apartment, with open parking available.
